THE PLAN

01. WE MEET

This Discovery Meeting is where we ask qualifying questions, get to know your wants, needs, and preferences, talk about process, talk about budget, and talk about land/location, timeframe, decision makers, etc.

02. WE ASSESS

We look at your lot together (including your real estate agent if you have one). If you do not have land we make suggestions on what to look for.

03. WE PLAN/AGREE

Once land has been acquired we begin the process of preconstruction and kick off the journey to your dream home.
